REFUND POLICY

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the services we offer. If your product arrives with defects or doesn't match the description, there's no need for concern. Simply reach out to us via email at support@myalohashirt.com, and we will promptly address the issue by providing you with a replacement or a refund.

No returns or refunds will be issued for failed deliveries resulting from customer errors in providing a shipping address or customer unavailability, or for product losses within customers' living areas (provided that shipping carriers confirm successful delivery). Additionally, we will not issue refunds if you refuse to accept the delivery.

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for any concerns regarding apparel sizing or colors. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing charts on the product pages or your order confirmation email within the initial 6 hours following your purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

Our return policy remains valid for a duration of 15 days from the date of your delivery. Once this 15-day period has elapsed, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Cases when Return & Refund Policy is applicable:

  • The artwork/photograph is blurry or has a low resolution.
  • The artwork/photograph has low contrast.
  • The printing area bleeds off important elements of the picture or artwork.
  • The printing area bleeds off critical aspects of the image or artwork.

  • The artwork/photograph is blurry or has a low resolution.

  • The artwork/photograph has low contrast.

  • The artwork/photograph has gradients and dramatic changes in color opacity

 

Please note: Because our products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns unless the product you receive has a severe issue. This occurs when the product:

  1. Differs significantly from the description or sample presented to you.
  2. Does not match your original order.

Please note that our products are produced on a made-to-order basis and are manufactured according to market demand. As a result, they are not consistently stocked items. Additionally, the images in our advertisements may vary slightly from the actual product in terms of color due to lighting during photography or monitor display settings. Therefore, some discrepancy between the advertised images and the actual item you receive should be expected.

In the event of a major issue, we may choose to either replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Should this occur, the product may be retained at the customer's discretion.

To initiate the complaint process, kindly reach out to our Customer Support team. Please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product 
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

After your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you choose to return your order without the assistance of our Customer Support team and it doesn't meet all the necessary criteria, a refund will not be granted. You will be notified via email about the available options for further action.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased during a sale or promotional period. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item(s).

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, kindly get in touch with us via this link and furnish your order number along with the alteration you wish to request. We will confirm the modification or cancellation once it has been processed.

Please be aware that you can only cancel or modify your order within the initial 6 hours of placing it. Beyond that timeframe, the order becomes locked for processing and cannot be cancelled.
