ORDER & TRACKING
To make sure every process goes smoothly when you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email confirming your Order and purchase information. In addition, it takes about an hour to prepare your order for production, so if you want to cancel your order or change your order information, please cancel or change your information within 6 hours from the time you place your order. After 6 hours, we regret that we cannot cancel your order or change your order information anymore. When this process is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
We'll send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number once your purchase has been delivered. Simply click on the supplied link to track your package.
For the first several days after receiving your Shipping Update email, tracking information may not be accessible. Because of package scanning, it will take several days. We assure you that this is typical and will not cause any delays in your delivery.

DELIVERY TIME
Normal the average production time is from 3 to 6 business days. The shipping time is 6-10 business days in US, and 8 - 20 business days for the Rest of the World.
Our working time: from Monday to Friday, Pacific Daylight Time, 9AM to 6PM PDT (We will respond to you within 12-24 hours), and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Production Time: 3 – 6 business days.
Because each of our items is made-to-order, the manufacturing period will be somewhat longer than usual. Please bear with us!
Shipping Time:
- United States: 6 ~ 10 business days
- Rest of World: 8 ~ 20 business days
At this time, we are unable to ship to military locations in the United States. We regret in advance for any difficulty this may cause.

Important Note: We DO NOT take responsibility for the package that is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete or incorrect address information. Therefore, when checking out, please be sure to include the right shipping information. If you discover you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@myalohashirt.com. However, because email has a 72-hour waitlist, it is beyond our control if your purchase has left our warehouse within 72 hours.
My Aloha Shirt is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax, any duty charge that may incur, any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
If the order arrives in your country and you refuse to accept the package, or if many efforts to deliver the package are made in the destination country, My Aloha Shirt maintains the right to cancel the package(s) at any time and will not be liable for any refunds.

Please cancel within 6 hours from the time you place your order. If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Please contact us with photograph(s) if your product is damaged or defective so we can look into getting you a replacement immediately.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
